Nikki comes three times a week and I look forward to her visits as she is always cheerful, chatty, resourceful and a pleasant companion.
What does she do ? Apart from keeping my house clean and tidy, she does my shopping and encourages me to accompany her to the local supermarkets and sometimes go for a coffee to a local garden centre.
As my eyes and ears are less efficient than before, when she is here she takes and makes all telephone calls. She also makes all my appointments with doctors, hospitals and hairdressers, taking me to them and bringing me back, providing they fall within my allocated times.
With her help I can still visit friends who are relatively housebound.
She also manages to sort out any problems I have with my mobile phone or IPad.
Although now in my 90’s, her contributions to my lifestyle have made it possible to retain my independence – something I treasure very deeply.

Nikki is wonderful kind caring compassionate person, she is thoroughly encouraging and gave my grandmother the confidence to continue living independently at home. Nikki would take my grandmother to the bingo, shopping help around the house pickup/drop off to hospital and GP appointments , with Nikki’s constant reassurance my grandmother was able to continue to cook and bake for herself something my grandmother enjoyed. Nicki also took my grandmother to appointments at the GP and nurse this was a great help to the family as she asked all the correct questions and was able to relay the information to us later in the day. My grandmother was not very good on her feet and Nikki was able to help her in and out of the car and transfer her to her wheelchair with ease. I would highly recommend Nikki with confidence and I can reassure you of her professional service. Thank you Nikki for all your kindness and care xxx
